Wellness and Preventative Care
There are many different things you can do to ensure the health of your furry friend. Annual wellness exams not only help evaluate the health of your animal but can also help prevent any illnesses. Our veterinarians recommend yearly vaccinations, flea + tick, and heartworm preventative.

Our veterinarians recommend starting flea & tick preventative every year starting April 1st and stop after the first frost of the year. While ticks tend to become scarce after the summer months, fleas tend to stick around until later in the year.
Heartworm
Our veterinarians recommend starting heartworm preventative every year starting April 1st and stop after the first frost of the year.
Other annual services
Our veterinarians will check the heart, lungs, eyes, ears, and teeth at your annual wellness exam. They also offer services like the trimming of nails, and expressing of the anal glands.
